Conditions like anxiety, which comes in different forms such as social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, have always been overlooked.Yet they can have all kinds of negative effects on our mind and body. Everyday items for men like a necklace, energy gel pack, and eyebrow pencil are also chosen for transformation. Like applying lipstick, users can use the lipstick on their lips or other parts of the face to feel the tickling sensation and relax. Likewise, the mascara must be opened by pressing the bubble, and the tip is replaced by a fur-like material that can be used to scratch one’s neck, eyelids, and ears. Similarly, the square box containing magnetic stones can be opened by pressing the bubble button.The reason why I used magnetic stones is that they have an aura of relief and relaxation. Users can choose to create a necklace by attaching the stones together, or use them individually. Lastly, there is another stress relief gadget in the rectangular box shaped like an energy gel pack.After pressing the bubble and opening the drawer, one will find an item in the shape of a pillow. Each bubble is filled with anxiety and stress over time and each organ is sealed in the bubble wrap. The feeling of unable to regain freedom is frustrating. The second poster represents the bursting of bubbles, setting free of all the emotions and no longer bound by anything. Everything is liberated. Lastly, the third poster is the relaxed state of mind after people relieve stress, similar to that of spacing out. Seeing the bubbles float peacefully like clouds allows our mind and body to achieve transcendence and let go of all the burden. Chocolate—though it may be considered a vice to some—also displays many health benefits. Jealous Reason - Jealousy is a common but complicated emotion. It can make people feel insecure, overwhelmed, scared, and at a loss. Choose - Dark chocolateCocoa Flavanols can help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to the brain and heart. Also can reduce stress and relax blood vessel walls. Choose - Coffee chocolate Coffee can&nbsp; blunts appetite and helps people eat less. Choose - Mint chocolateMints aren't that great for people sex life. Mint contains a significant amount of menthol which lowers the testosterone level hence resulting in low libido. Choose - Milk chocolate Milk increases melatonin production, which relaxes nerves, muscles and soothes emotions. And This study noted that the people eating either milk chocolate lowered the stress they felt by two to three points. Greed Reason - People are afraid of what they think. But once it was successful, they fell in love with it. Just like eating sweets that taste good, people will want to eat more. Sloth Reason - People feel a sloth mood will bring drowsiness and worry. Pride Reason -Pride people are proud and think that everything is their best. However, they actually have very low self-esteem and lack self-confidence. Choose - Extra dark chocolate The extra dark chocolate tastes more bitter. Just like when a person eats a lot of sweets and suddenly tastes bitter and stops. However, this extra dark chocolate can have a positive impact on health. Choose - Almond chocolate Almonds are a great source of high-quality protein, fiber, and healthy monounsaturated fats. They're packed with B vitamins which help your body convert food into energy, and are rich in magnesium which helps fight muscle fatigue. Choose - Guava chocolate Guava has vitamin C. It can give people a feeling of confidence and happiness.
